You need to create your account using a login id and password. Post that, you can easily place order and track it also from your account. You can also login by using your facebook or google account.
For cancelling an order, you need to login to your account and place an ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST with reason for cancellation. The cancellation email should be done within 24 hours of placing an order. Please check, “CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS” page for more information.
The Estimated Date of Delivery (EDD) depends on the serviceability of pin codes by concerned logistics. Generally, the order gets dispatched within24 – 48 hours once an order is received. All the orders get dispatched from New Delhi. In metropolitan cities, it usually takes 4-5 days to get the order delivered. On rural and remote areas, it takes around 7-10 days for delivery.
We have 2 types of payment plan available for our customers. PRE-PAID and POST PAID.
PRE-PAID orders – Payment can be done electronically by using net banking, debit card, credit card, mobile wallets etc. This would make your order completely CASH LESS.
POST PAID orders – You can make payments as CASH ON DELIVERY for eligible orders. Payments can be made by debit or credit card depending on the mPOS availability with the delivery partner.

You will receive an email containing the details of your order when we receive it and confirm the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.
You will also be notified when the item would be shipped. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).
